SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Poland

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations available at checkout

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

  • Personalized or custom-made items may require additional processing time. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • courier delays,

  • customs procedures,

  • holidays,

  • circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on:

  • destination country,

  • shipping method selected,

  • weight and size of the order.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and correct.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos of the damage (if applicable).

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
