Products & Materials

Are your products handmade?

Our products are created using different production methods, depending on the material:

  • Ceramic coasters are handmade, individually crafted and finished with care.

  • Cork coasters are produced based on our original graphic designs, created by Home Alchemy Art and manufactured to our specifications.

This approach allows us to combine handcrafted quality with consistent production standards.


What materials are used?

We offer coasters made from:

  • high-quality ceramic,

  • natural cork.

Each material is selected for durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.


Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent our products. However:

  • colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings,

  • handmade ceramic items may show subtle variations in texture or finish.

These variations are a natural part of the process and make each piece unique.


Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Poland.


Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to:

  • Poland,

  • European Union countries,

  • selected international destinations available at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Poland: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier services or customs procedures.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on your location, shipping method, and order size.


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer law.


Which items cannot be returned?

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • photos of the damage or defect.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods available through Shopify, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other local payment options depending on your location.


Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment system.
We do not store your payment details.


Care Instructions

How should I care for my coasters?

We recommend cleaning your coasters with a soft, damp cloth.
Do not place them in a dishwasher and do not soak them in water.
