We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and how returns, exchanges, and refunds work when shopping with us.
1. Your Right to Withdraw (EU 14-Day Return Right)
If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires:

if the order contains multiple shipments: 14 days after receiving the last item.

2. Conditions for Returns
To return an item, it must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.

It must be properly packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
You must send the items back to us within 14 days of informing us about your decision to withdraw.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
❌ Personalized or custom-made products
This includes products created uniquely for you (for example: items with custom text, dates, names, or designs made specifically at your request).
❌ Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons (if used)
(e.g. used household items)
❌ Digital products once downloaded or accessed
(if you offer digital downloads in future)
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us before ordering.
4. Returning Goods – Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

We do not provide return shipping labels.

Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

a short description of the issue

photos of the damage or defect

your order number
We will cover the cost of replacement or refund.
This is separate from your legal rights under EU warranty (see next point).
6. Warranty / Legal Guarantee
All customers in the European Union benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee.
This means:

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match its description, you can request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

This applies even if the 14-day return window has expired.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it under the rules above and place a new order.
